Fletcher Standing and Centering Cues™

Accredited with taking the Pilates work to vertical, Ron Fletcher’s Standing and Centering Cues™ place emphasis on vertical posture as an important part of good health and proper maintenance of the “inner architecture” of the body. Used as a basis for upright movement in the Fletcher Towelwork® and Magic Circle work they are also applied throughout the program to assist with correct alignment and precise movement.

“Movement should be approached like life- with enthusiasm, joy and gratitude – for movement is life and life is movement, and we get out of it what we put into it.”    -Ron Fletcher

Percussive Breathing™

Ron Fletcher’s trademarked technique is breath which has “a sound and a rhythm”. It restores posture, activates the deep muscles of the core, enhances mental sharpness and reduces fatigue. The breath pattern and rhythm change during the exercises to reflect changes in dynamic, focus and intention creating a unique movement experience.
