An extensive series of movements using a braided Fletcher Towel. These movements increase upper body and core strength, posture, and flexibility. From simple standing to patterned choreography, the dynamic flowing motion can be performed on the Spine Corrector or the Mat.
- Magic Circle
A portable Pilates resistance ring that improves muscle tone, endurance, coordination and balance.
- Mat Work

Springs are used in resistance exercises which strengthen the body while lengthening the spine. The ped-a-pul assists in improving posture, spinal mobility and core strength.
