Privates

Individual sessions are based on the unique needs and goals of each client.
We may use any of the studio equipment during the session. By appointment only.

Duets

For those who like to workout with their friend.
We may use any of the studio equipment during the session. By appoinmtent only.

Fletcher Pilates Group Classes

Pilates Matwork, Fletcher Floorwork, Fletcher Towelwork and Fletcher Barrework.
These classes may be combined with other small equipment such as the Fletcher Towel, Magic Circle, Foam Roller, Stretch Out Strap or balls.  Class size: 8 max.

Level 1: Beginner
Level 1/2: Beginner Challenge
Level 2*: Intermediate
Level 3*: Advanced

*Level 2 and 3 need previous Pilates experience and permission from the teacher to join the class.

Fletcher Barrework and Towelwork: Learn Pilates in standing to develop a long, lean body and find the lift through your core for improved posture.

Fletcher Pilates Matwork: Strengthen your abs and back as you move through a series of exercises on the mat.

Fletcher Pilates Roller: Improve your balance as you release tight muscles with the foam roller.

Fletcher Floorwork: Develop a healthy spine and toned muscles as you flow through this series of precise movements on the mat.

Prenatal Pilates

Designed for pregnant women to maintain strength and flexibility for an enjoyable pregnancy and a healthy delivery. Class size: 8 max.

Quartets

An intermediate/advanced full body workout on the Wunda Chair or Spine Corrector equipment.  Class size: 4 max.

Studio Policies

  • All sessions and classes must be booked in advance.
  • All sessions and classes are 55-60mins.
  • All sessions and classes must be paid for in advance.
  • All packages must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
  • All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid charges.
