Group Class Schedule

Fletcher Barrework and Towelwork: Learn Pilates in standing to develop a long, lean body and find the lift through your core for improved posture. (Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00nn: Level 1 Open)

Fletcher Pilates Matwork and Roller: Strengthen your abs and back as you move through a series of exercises on the mat.  Then improve your balance as you release tight muscles with the foam roller. (Mondays 6:30pm: Matwork Only Level 1 Open) (Wednesdays 12:00nn: Level 1 Open)

Fletcher Floorwork: Develop a healthy spine and toned muscles as flow through this series of precise movements on the mat. (Wednesdays 6:30pm: Level 1 Open) (Saturdays 10:00am: Level 1 Open)

Quartet: An intermediate/advanced full body workout using the Spine Corrector or Wunda Chair. Prerequisite: Permission from the teacher. (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm)

Studio Policies

  • All sessions and classes must be booked in advance.
  • All sessions and classes are 55-60mins.
  • For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late, will not be allowed to enter the class.
  • All sessions and classes must be paid for in advance.
  • All packages must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
  • All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid charges.
  • Do not use the equipment without teacher supervision.
  • Please avoid using strong perfumes or colognes.
