- Arrive 10-15 mins early to give yourself time to sign-in and prepare for class.
- Leave your shoes in the designated area. Bring fresh socks to wear in the studio. We recommend wearing non-slip toesocks which allow the toes and feet to move more freely than traditional socks.
- Avoid wearing any strong perfumes or scents
- Keep voices low while in the studio
- Cell phones and other electronic items must be set to silent mode while in the studio.
- Keep studio floor space and changing area clear of personal belongings. Lockers are available for your convenience.
- Please do not use the equipment on your own without a Pilates teacher.
A Few Tips
- Wear fitted, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Remember that zippers and buttons can cause discomfort when lying down.
- Do not eat a heavy meal before your session
- Bring a small towel for your comfort.
- It is best to practice Pilates at least 2-3 times per week for optimum wellness and physical transformation.
