Studio Etiquette

  • Arrive 10-15 mins early to give yourself time to sign-in and prepare for class.
  • Leave your shoes in the designated area.  Bring fresh socks to wear in the studio. We recommend wearing non-slip toesocks which allow the toes and feet to move more freely than traditional socks.
  • Avoid wearing any strong perfumes or scents
  • Keep voices low while in the studio
  • Cell phones and other electronic items must be set to silent mode while in the studio.
  • Keep studio floor space and changing area clear of personal belongings. Lockers are available for your convenience.
  • Please do not use the equipment on your own without a Pilates teacher.

A Few Tips

  1. Wear fitted, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.  Remember that zippers and buttons can cause discomfort when lying down.
  2. Do not eat a heavy meal before your session
  3. Bring a small towel for your comfort.
  4. It is best to practice Pilates at least 2-3 times per week for optimum wellness and physical transformation.
